Ron’s PCR-Pure Mini Kit is suitable for an fast and easy isolation and purification of DNA from PCR reactions, procedure is finished in less than 15 min. The kit is sufficient for processing samples up to 100 µl with a fragment size from 100 bp to 40 kb. The extraction method is based on the use of our specially designed Ron’s spin columns and our advanced buffer system, which is optimized for efficient recovery of DNA and removal of contaminants like enzymes, salts and (oligo)nucleotides.
