The Ultimate One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix is liquid and ready-to-use for all probe-based RT-qPCR applications. This one-tube one-step Mix can efficiently perform Reverse Transcription of RNA into cDNA and the subsequent PCR amplification. It shows high sensitivity and a low concentration of template RNA is required.
The Ultimate One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix contains an improved mixture of Reverse Transcriptase, HotStart Polymerase, PCR buffer, dNTPs and MgCl2, RNAsin, stabiliser and blue dye for convenient visual pipetting.
This Master Mix is suitable for all probe based PCR assays for analysis of RNA samples via Real-Time PCR, like diagnostic virus detection.
All our Ultimate Master Mixes convince with their high performance and excellent sensitivity and are stable at room Temperature (+18 to +25 °C) for up to two weeks. Long time storage is best at -20 °C.
