Ron´s Tissue & Blood DNA Mini Kit

Ron’s Tissue & Blood DNA Mini Kit is designed for quick preparation of pure DNA from different animal and human tissues e.g. snake, worm or muscle, brain, heart, liver, lung from rat, mouse or bovine. Blood or adherent cell suspensions are also possible.
The method is based on a optimized buffer system and our Ron’s spin columns. DNA is absorbed at the membrane and all contaminations are washed away. For extraction with Ron’s Tissue & Blood DNA Mini Kit fresh, frozen or alcohol-preserved samples can be used. For fresh samples we recommend an amount of 200 mg and for brain or preserved samples 50 mg. For mouse tail use 1 cm. Extraction of DNA up to 60 kb is possible.
