PureColumn DNA Extraction Kit

PureColumn DNA Extraction Kit provides a rapid and easy method for the isolation of up to 25 µg of genomic DNA from eucaryotic cells, whole blood and bacteria from canned and processed food samples (e.g. salted, colored and dried food). DNA can be purified also from milk and co-products, such as milk-powder, cheese and yoghurt.
PureColumn DNA Extraction Kit uses the reversible binding properties of the silica-based filter membrane, combined with the speed of mini-column spin technology.
For preparation of genomic DNA from gram positive bacteria lysozyme is used. The highly pure isolated DNA can be used in subsequent applications like PCR or qPCR or sequencing.
