50 bp DNA Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA between 50 and 1000 base pairs. The ladder consists of 14 DNA fragments which are blunt-ended. The 250 bp and 500 bp fragments are two-times brighter to allow easy identification.
50 bp DNA Ladder ready-to-use contains in loading buffer with dye for easy and direct application on the gel. An additional tube of 5x Loading Buffer is supplied to use with testing samples.
