1 kb DNA Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 250 bp to 12 kb. The ladder consists of 13 DNA fragments which are blunt-ended. The 1 kb and 3 kb fragments are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. 1 kb DNA Ladder ready-to-use contains in loading buffer with dye for easy and direct application on the gel. An additional tube of 5x Loading Buffer is supplied to use with testing samples.
