Description

Script III Reverase is a recombinant M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase designed for fast and efficient first-strand cDNA synthesis from RNA or single-stranded DNA templates. Genetic modifications reduce RNase H activity and increase thermostability, resulting in improved cDNA yield, specificity, and performance.

The enzyme shows optimal activity at 50–55 °C and supports the synthesis of cDNA fragments up to 13 kb. Supplied with an optimized reaction buffer and MgCl₂, Script III Reverase delivers reliable results in reverse transcription workflows and downstream PCR applications.

Suitable for cDNA synthesis, gene expression analysis, sequencing applications, and One-Step RT-qPCR. The enzyme is particularly well suited for research and diagnostic assay development requiring high-performance reverse transcription.
