Description

Script III Reverase, glycerol-free, is a recombinant M-MuLV Reverse Transcriptase designed for fast and efficient first-strand cDNA synthesis from RNA or single-stranded DNA templates. Genetic modifications reduce RNase H activity and increase thermostability, resulting in improved cDNA yield, specificity, and performance.

The enzyme shows optimal activity at 50–55 °C and supports the synthesis of cDNA fragments up to 13 kb. Supplied with an optimized reaction buffer and MgCl₂, it provides reliable results in reverse transcription workflows and downstream PCR applications.

The glycerol-free formulation is specifically developed for applications requiring lyophilization and is therefore particularly suitable for diagnostic kit manufacturing, assay development, and customized molecular biology workflows.
