Description

Rons PCR-Pure Mini Kit provides fast, reliable and high-yield purification of PCR products and enzymatic reaction mixtures. The kit enables efficient recovery of DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 40 kb and allows purification directly from PCR reactions in approximately 15 minutes.

The purification procedure is based on silica spin column technology and an optimized buffer system for efficient DNA binding, washing and elution. DNA is selectively adsorbed to the silica membrane while primers, nucleotides, enzymes, salts and other contaminants are efficiently removed during the washing process. The purified DNA is directly eluted in a low-salt buffer and is immediately suitable for downstream molecular biology applications.

Rons PCR-Pure Mini Kit is designed for purification of PCR products, restriction digests and other enzymatic reaction mixtures with sample volumes up to 100 µl. The rapid workflow eliminates the need for hazardous chemicals such as phenol or chloroform and delivers highly reproducible results.

The purified DNA is suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, cloning, genotyping, restriction analysis, hybridization assays and NGS library preparation.
