Description

The RealLine DNA-Express Kit is intended for transportation of swabs and the extraction of bacterial, viral, fungal, protozoan parasite, and total human DNA from specified human specimens. The extracted DNA can be used for the detection and/or quantification of DNA of human pathogens and validation of swabs with RealLine PCR kits.
If the extraction kit is used with assays other than RealLine PCR kits validated with this product according to the corresponding Instruction Manuals, the performance of the extraction kit shall be validated by the user before such applications.
The following types of human specimens have been validated with the kit: swabs (transportation and DNA extraction), urine (DNA extraction).

The kit is designed for manual DNA extraction.

The kit contains reagents for the extraction of DNA from 100 samples, including control samples.

The kit is validated for use with PCR assay kits of RealLine series designed for the detection of DNA
of infectious agents.
