Description

The 100 bp DNA Ladder, no stain is a DNA size marker for accurate sizing of double-stranded DNA fragments from 100 bp to 1,500 bp during agarose gel electrophoresis. The ladder consists of 12 blunt-ended DNA fragments covering the most commonly used size range for PCR products and molecular biology applications.

The 500 bp fragment is provided at increased intensity, enabling rapid orientation and easy identification of DNA fragment sizes on the gel. The ladder is supplied in storage buffer without loading dye or stain, allowing maximum flexibility in selecting gel stains and electrophoresis conditions.

The 100 bp DNA Ladder is optimized for routine PCR analysis, cloning workflows, restriction digest verification, genotyping, and general DNA fragment size determination. For optimal visualization, an appropriate DNA stain should be added before loading.
