Description

50 bp DNA Ladder Ready-to-Use is designed for accurate sizing of double-stranded DNA fragments from 50 bp to 1000 bp during agarose gel electrophoresis. The ladder consists of 14 blunt-ended DNA fragments and provides reliable fragment size determination for routine molecular biology workflows, including PCR product analysis, cloning and DNA quality control.

The 250 bp and 500 bp fragments are supplied at increased intensity, enabling rapid orientation and easy identification of fragment sizes on the gel.

Unlike unstained ladders, the Ready-to-Use version is supplied with loading dye already included, allowing direct loading onto agarose gels without additional preparation. An additional tube of 5× DNA Loading Buffer is provided for convenient preparation of sample DNA.
