DNA Ladder with 13 fragments from 250 – 12 000 bp for sizing of DNA fragments in agarose gel electrophoresis.
1 kb DNA Ladder (no stain) is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 250 bp to 12 kb. The ladder consists of 13 DNA fragments which are blunt-ended. The 1 kb and 3 kb fragments are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. 1 kb DNA Ladder contains no stain, please add stain before loading on the gel.
