BIORON Agarose, Molecular Biology Grade, is a high-quality polysaccharide for the electrophoretic separation of DNA and RNA fragments. It features rapid gelling, excellent transparency, low background staining, and sharp band resolution, enabling reliable analysis and recovery of nucleic acids.

The agarose is suitable for fragment sizes ranging from 250 bp to 23 kb and can be used with all common electrophoresis buffer systems, including TAE and TBE. Optimal gel strength is achieved at concentrations between 0.75% and 2%, while concentrations from 0.5% to 5% can be used depending on the application.

BIORON Agarose is ideal for routine molecular biology workflows such as PCR product analysis, plasmid preparation, cloning, blotting, and nucleic acid screening applications. The product is free of detectable DNase and RNase activity, ensuring reliable results in sensitive downstream applications.

For specialized applications, additional agarose types such as low-melting, preparative, capillary electrophoresis, and protein electrophoresis grades are available on request.
