Description
The 1 kb DNA Ladder, ready-to-use is a convenient DNA size marker for accurate sizing of double-stranded DNA fragments from 250 bp to 12 kb during agarose gel electrophoresis. The ladder consists of 13 blunt-ended DNA fragments and covers a broad size range suitable for routine PCR analysis, cloning workflows, restriction digest verification, genomic DNA studies, and long-range PCR applications.
The 1.5 kb and 4 kb fragments are provided at increased intensity, enabling rapid orientation and easy identification of DNA fragment sizes on agarose gels. The ladder is supplied in storage buffer with loading dye included, allowing direct application to agarose gels without additional preparation steps.
An additional tube of 5x DNA Loading Buffer is included for convenient preparation of DNA samples in a final 1x concentration. The ready-to-use format reduces handling time and simplifies routine electrophoresis workflows.
