The Ultimate cDNA Synthesis Kit includes all reagents required for reverse trnscription:
Reverse Transcriptase, Reaction Buffer, dNTP Mix, RNase Inhibitor, RNase-free water, DNase Enzyme Mix, DNase Incubation Buffer, Random Hexamer and OligoDT Primer. The reaction-mix is then completed with purified total RNA.
Ultimate cDNA Synthesis Kit is optimised for subsequent applications such as cDNA sequencing (for example in diagnostics) or gene expression analyses.
