Random Primer

The Random primer is a mixture of single-stranded random hexanucleotides with 5’- and 3’-hydroxyl ends. Random hexamer primers can be used for first-strand cDNA synthesis and cloning. For best results we recommend to use a 1:1 Mixture with Oligo(dT) Primer. The primer is supplied in lyophilized form with one additional tube of PCR water.
