Use the RealLine Extraction UniMag with open-system extraction devices like Magnetite (Laboveritas) and Autopure-96 (Allsheng). It is possible to use it manual (e.g. with our MagicMag Rack REF BI87000) or adapt other open-type automated NA extraction systems for work with the kit.
The kit is validated for use with PCR assay kits of RealLine series designed for the detection of DNA of infectious agents.
