Description

The INSTANT Virus RNA/DNA Kit – FX is intended for automated purification of viral nucleic acid from different kinds of starting material on the CyBio FeliX Basic Unit in combination with the CyBio FeliX Extraction Set. With possible starting volumes of 200, 400 or 800 μl per specimen a throughput of up to 96 samples is possible at once. The INSTANT Virus RNA/DNA Kit – FX is optimized for the rapid preparation of highly pure viral RNA and DNA from cell free fluid biological samples, for example: plasma and serum.
