GreenHot Master Mix contains all necessary components for PCR: polymerase, Sybr Green dye, magnesium salts, dNTPs, water and optimized reaction buffer. Only primer and template have to be added by the user. With Sybr Green dye the usage of TaqMan or other probes are not necessary. This liquid Master Mix is 2x concentrated and has to be stored at -20 °C. Working with Master Mixes saves time, reduces the risk of contamination and simplifies the entire workflow. Fragments up to 5 kb can be amplified with highest specifity and sensitivity. GreenHot Master Mix contains BIORONs SuperHotTaq DNA Polymerase, which is blocked by antibody.
This Master Mix is suitable for all regular PCR applications especially with limited amount of template.
Supplied with PCR water and additional MgCl2.
