Description: Tersus PCR Kit provides the highest possible fidelity and specifity of PCR due to the unique combination of genetically modified polymerases and special additives. The mix can be used for PCR of complex templates including repetitive sequences.
Composition:
The Tersus kit contains all components for 100 PCR reactions in 50 microliters
- 50x Tersus enzyme mixture- 100ul
- 10 x Tersus buffer 600 ul
- Control DNA template 10ul
- Primer Mix for control reaction -10 ul/ each
- Sterile water- 4,5 ml
