SSB-HotTaq DNA Polymerase
SSB-HotTaq minimizes primer/dimer formation, reduces unspecific oligonucleotide priming and, therefore, enhances target-specific amplification. SSB-HotTaq is a mixture of, thermostable Taq DNA Polymerase with a single-strand DNA binding (SSB) protein. The SSB protein binds to the PCR primers, preventing unspecific priming and amplification activity at lower temperatures.

AptaHotTaq DNA Polymerase
AptaHotTaq minimizes primer/dimer formation, reduces unspecific oligonucleotide priming and therefore, enhances target-specific amplification. AptaHotTaq, is a mixture of the thermostable Taq DNA Polymerase with DNA-aptameres inhibiting the enzyme's activity at temperatures up to 50 °C.
