Description:
100bp DNA Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 1,500 base pairs. The ladder consists of ten fragments that range in size from 100-1,000bp in 100bp increments plus 1500bp fragment. The 500bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy identification. All fragments are blunt-ended.
Fragment sizes (base pairs) and mass (in ng):
1500 (150 ng), 1000x2 (200 ng), 900 (120 ng), 800 (110 ng), 700 (70 ng), 600 (80 ng), 500x2 (150 ng), 400 (50 ng), 300 (30 ng), 200 (20 ng), 100x2 (20 ng).
Concentration:
DNA ladder is supplied at 0.2 mg/ml in 10 mM TrisHCl (pH=8.0), 10 mM NaCl, 1.0 mM EDTA.
