Datasheet: DryMix SuperHot Taq DNA Mastermix
The "Real-Time" q-PCR GenePack Tubes kit contains:
1. 100 MasterMix tubes (0,2 ml PCR tubes with optical caps for ABI- and BioRad-Cycler models)
Each Master Mix tube contains lyophilized mixture of
- "Hot-Start" Taq DNA Polymerase for "QPCR"
- heat-sensitive Taq DNA Polymerase inhibitors,
- dNTPs,
- MgCl2
all in amounts adjusted for optimal "Hot-Start" PCR in 0,25 µl volume.
2. PCR diluent
Protocol for PCR with DryMix SuperHot Taq DNA Pol
1. Take the required amount of Master Mix tubes, label them according to the plan of your experiment. Always use 1 tube as positive control (template DNA) and one tube as negative control (no template DNA) in all your experiments
2. Centrifuge tubes briefly to place the lyophilized mixture on the bottoms of the tubes
3. Add 10 µl of PCR diluent in each tube
4. Add 5 µll of primer mix in each tube (recommended concentration - 0.1-0.5 µM of each)
5. Add 5 µl of sample (template DNA) in each tube
6. Centrifuge tubes briefly to get rid of possible air bubbles in the mixture
7. Run the PCR in thermocycler as usual.
PCR tubes kit may be transported at room temperature (up to +30°C).
PRODUCT MUST BE STORED AT ROOM-TEMPERATURE - - DON`T STORE THE TUBES UNDER + 4°C
