Das komplette Produktportfolio von Bioron an Nukleosid-5'-Triphosphaten (Nukleotide) in hoher Reinheit umfasst Mischungen und Sets einzelner Nukleotiden. Die Nukleotide werden chemisch aus deoxynucleoside 5'-Monophosphat synthetisiert und über Ionen-Austauscher und Reversed-Phase Chromatographie gereinigt. Jede Charge wird  sorgfältig auf effiziente Amplifikation von Fragmenten bis 10 kb unter Verwendung von  Taq DNA Polymerase und Proof-Reading Enzymen (Pfu) getestet. All Chargen sind garantiert RNase-frei.  Die hochreinen Nukleotide (ca. 99 % HPLC) sind für folgenden Applikationen geeignet:
